Privacy policy

Last updated 26 October 2026

This policy explains what Glorious Creativity Ltd. (“Glorious Creativity”, “we”) does with the details you send through the enquiry form on this website. It covers nothing else: the site has no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.

Who we are

The controller of your details is Glorious Creativity Ltd., a company incorporated in the Republic of the Marshall Islands under corporation number 124594, with its registered address at Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Marshall Islands MH 96960.

To contact us about this policy or about your details, email solutions@gloriouscreativity.com or use the enquiry form on the home page and say what you need.

What we collect

When you send the form we receive what you type into it:

We do not store your IP address or other details about your device or browser with the enquiry.

Why we use it

We use your details only to read your enquiry and reply to you, and to discuss working together if you ask us to. We do not use them for marketing mailings you have not asked for, and we do not sell them.

Our legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box beside the form, and our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Who handles it

Your enquiry is stored in a database and an email notification is sent to us, both on Amazon Web Services infrastructure operated for us. Our mail is hosted by Zoho. These providers handle your details only on our instructions and to provide those services. We share your details with no one else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for 12 months from the date you send it, then delete it. If we start working together, the details we need for that work are kept as the work and the law require, and we will tell you.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, restrict how we use them, or give them to you in a portable form. You can also object to our use of them and withdraw your consent. Use the enquiry form on the home page to ask. If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, you may complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS, the database is encrypted, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to reply.

Changes

If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page and update the date above.
